1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentShield ("Service"), operated by AgentShield ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AgentShield is a monitoring and risk detection platform for AI agents. We provide an API that allows you to send events generated by your AI agents for analysis, risk scoring, and alerting. AgentShield is not an insurance product and does not guarantee prevention of losses.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address and create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API key. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. API Keys and Usage

Your API key is unique to your account. You must not share, publish, or expose your API key publicly. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are compromised or misused. Usage is subject to the limits of your subscription plan.

5. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Free Plan: Limited access for risk assessment only. No API or dashboard access.
  • Starter Plan ($299/month): Full API access, dashboard, up to 5 agents, 50,000 events/month.
  • Enterprise Plan: Custom pricing with unlimited agents and events. Contact us for details.

Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your plan. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Send malicious, fraudulent, or intentionally harmful data through the API
  • Exceed your plan limits through automated circumvention
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by AgentShield and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the API.

9. Limitation of Liability

AgentShield is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will detect all risks or prevent all losses from AI agent behavior. In no event shall AgentShield be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
